Verdis' e-Residency Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using any e-Residency services offered by the Free Republic of Verdis (“Verdis”, “we”, “us”), you (“you”, “e-Resident”) agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not register or use the services.

2. Service Information

Services can be modified with new features added, and some removed, at any time. You can view the current features through the government portal.

3. Plans, Fees & No Refunds

• Basic Plan:€25/year—includes ID card (when requested), discounted services, .vs.land domain, forum access, Telegram, events, hosting discounts, and citizenship pathway.
• Plus Plan:€50/year—includes all Basic benefits plus document booklet (when requested, and fees apply) and potential accelerated citizenship eligibility (after 11 months instead of 12).
• All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to application rejection or voluntary termination.

4. Application & Processing

• You must submit accurate personal information and verify your identity via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs e-apply portal.
• Citizenship by e-Residency (Plus members only) requires: 11 months of e-Residency, two citizen endorsements or a criminal background check, forum participation, and willingness to relocate to Verdis in the future.
• Citizenship processing incurs a one-time fee of €300. Approval is not guaranteed, and the processing fee is non-refundable.

5. Termination & Suspension

• By the Verdisian Government: We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion at any time for violations, misuse, or other reasons.
• By You: You may close your account at any time; however, fees already paid remain non-refundable.

6. Liability Limitations

Verdis and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business disruptions.

7. Data Protection

We take data protection extremely seriously. Data is retained only for as long as necessary (maximum 10 years), then erased. We may share data with trusted vendors under equivalent security standards, but we never sell your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you—major changes will take effect at least 4 months after announcement.

9. General Conditions

• You must comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.
• If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
• Disputes are governed by the laws applicable to Verdis as a state in provisional government.
